1983 SEA RAY AFT CABIN 355 in Durham, Ontario

LIVE ABOARD an 1983 SEA RAY 355. I have been living onboard the last two summers and it has been most comfortable. It has two staterooms both with adjoining bathrooms, two air conditioners, and two helms. The kitchen is very practical has decent storage and a large fridge/freezer. The main salon is 10ft by 9ft at window level (storage and furniture fit under the windows) the outside covered deck “dining room” measures 6ft by 11 ft. The bow stateroom has a queen/double bed, a lighted hanging closet, a 2 large drawer dresser, generally decent storage; the aft bedroom has two single beds, a hanging closet some drawers and another wall closet. Both fore and aft staterooms and their ensuite bathrooms show as new. The joinery throughout the boat is superb. The boat is being sold totally “furnished”; outside living includes propane barbeque, glass picnic table and chairs. The boat has been impeccably maintained and upgraded; the Mercruiser engines were both overhauled and have less than 500 hrs. The electronic packaging includes Standard Horizon GPS, Raymarine auto-pilot, Raytheon chart plotter, bow thruster and electric windless. I had a survey done in May of 2020.
The boat is presently located under covered moorage at Lagoon City Marina on Lake Simcoe slip #234 until April 30. The suggested price is $33K OBO and possession can be almost immediate.
